1) What We Sell (Collectibles)
-
We sell 1:64 scale custom diecast cars(e.g., Hot Wheels/Matchbox base models that have been customized by independent builders).
-
Items are collectibles and may contain small parts. Not intended for children.
-
All items are sold as collectibles, not toys.
2) One-of-One Customs & Variations
-
Our auction inventory is one-of-one (1-of-1) custom builds.
-
Each item may show minor handmade variation, artistic choices, and/or disclosed imperfections.
-
Photos/video are provided to help you evaluate the item, but lighting and screens can affect color/finish.
3) Listings, Descriptions, and Condition
-
We describe items to the best of our ability based on photos, builder disclosures, and our inspection/grading process.
-
Custom work may include paint, decals/tampos, wheel swaps, body mods, interior detail, base work, and other alterations.
-
Unless explicitly stated, items are not “mint,” “factory sealed,” or “manufacturer perfect.”
4) Grading / Classification (Collector Guidance)
-
We may provide a grade/classification (e.g., Outlaw / Elite / Master) as collector guidance.
-
Grades reflect our opinion at the time of evaluation and are not a guaranteeof future value, resale price, or third-party grading outcomes.
5) Bidding, Sales Are Final, and Buyer Responsibility
-
All sales are final once the transaction is completed(including auction wins and buy-it-now purchases), except as specifically allowed in Section 9.

Asking questions beforeyou bid/buy

-
Understanding that collectible customs may have minor flaws

-
Payment must be completed through the checkout method provided at the time of sale.
-
Unpaid items, chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in order cancellation and/or restrictions from future purchases.
7) Shipping, Handling, and Delivery
-
We ship from our remote operation (no public warehouse/pickup).
-
Shipping costs, carrier selection, and service level are shown at checkout (or communicated during the sale).
-
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
-
Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided, except as covered by Section 10 (Damage/Claims).
8) Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
-
You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
-
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal:
-
Buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
-
If Buyer requests cancellation after return, any refund (if approved) may be reduced by shipping/handling costs.
-
