    Appalachian Outlaws Diecast is a custom diecast auction house built for 1-of-1 (one-of-one) builds.

    Here’s the flow:

    • Builders submita custom 1:64 (Hot Wheels/Matchbox) build through our website form

    • We review photos first, then do a hands-on inspectiononce the car arrives

    • Every accepted build is graded on our 8-point system

    • If it meets the standard, it gets a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)+ a unique Auction Registry Number (diecast only get COA & Registry # if diecast sells in auction)

    • Then it goes live in a real-time auction so collectors can bid

    Bottom line: Built. Documented. Traceable. One of one.

    For Builders: How to Get Your Car in the Auction

    Builders: if you’re putting out serious 1-of-1 customs, this is your lane.

    How to submit to Appalachian Outlaws Diecast:

    1. Fill out the builder submission form on our website

    2. You’ll get a confirmation email with next steps

    3. Reply with clear photos(we do an initial review from pics) clear pics will score better with OUR AI GRADING SYSTEM

    4. Ship the build in for final grading + inspection, If you score over 50 through our system

    5. If accepted, we assign:

      • Grade + tier (Outlaw / Elite / Master)

      • COA

      • Auction Registry #

      • ONLY GET COA AND REGISTRY# IF SOLD AT AUCTION

    6. We handle the rest: promotion, listing, auction, and shipping

    7. All entries must be 1-of 1 Customs; anything questionable will be placed on HOLD until proof is provided.”

    Acceptance note: builds must score at least 50 to be accepted for auction.

    The Grading System (What Outlaw / Elite / Master Means)

    We grade every accepted build using a consistent 8-point evaluation so collectors know what they’re bidding on.

    Our 8 categories:

    Then we classify the build into one of three tiers:

    • Outlaw: 50-64

    • Elite: 65-74

    • Master: 75-80

    • All cars must score a 50 or higher to be accepted to Appalachian Outlaw Diecast Auction House auction.

    Important: the tiers aren’t about “better than” — they’re about setting clear expectations and giving builders the recognition they earned.
